ILR absences Morethan 180 days

Hi ,
I need the help to apply ILR, By February i will complete 5 years in UK on Tire1 VISA.
As per the new rule , i should not exceed more then 180 days every year.
But i exceeded 180 days in one year, due to because of my health problems, I checked in UKBA site there will be
exception for this. I have the medical certificate, So i can provide this as proof.
Days Out
20 Feb-2014 to 21 Feb-2013 (40) - PAID LEAVE UK
20 Feb-2013 to 21 Feb-2012 (65 ) - PAID LEAVE UK
20 Feb-2012 to 21 Feb-2011 (140) - MARRIAGE(PROOF - MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE)
20 Feb-2011 to 21 Feb-2010 (210) - Health Problem(Had gone to Surgery , Proof - Medical certificates)
20 Feb-2010 to 21 Feb-2009 (142) - Wedding , Vacation
in 2010- 2011 , I crossed more than 180 days ,Because of my Health issue,I have Medical certificate and reports for the proof.
Experts please suggest me whether i will eligible to apply for PR or not.
