Once I have received my Indefinite Leave to remain (ILR) on the basis of 10 years, Would I be able to apply ILR for my dependants as they are in the UK for more than 2 years which satisfy the criteria for dependants to be in UK for 2 years. Does anyone have the same kind of situation who has applied recently.??? or do I have to apply for something else.
thanks,

PBS drops should apply for FLR(M) before their leave expires. Where were the children born?

Children bòrn in the UK, don't need further leave unless for urgent travel. Instead they're entities to register as British under section 1(3) BNA as soon as either parent is settled, in this case has ILR.

Hi Amber I have seen your valuable suggestions very helpful. I have same situation like Zia, Applied ILR 3 Month ago and waiting for result. My dependent, wife and kid visa will be expire beginning of April. My wife with me UK last 8 years and also has extended visa before as depended and my kid also 6 years old and applied with me before. If I understood, I have to apply for FLR(M) for wife before her visa expire. But also my question is if I didn't receive ILR before their visa expire do I have to include my kid as well as depended with her application, or wait for my result and applied directly to citizenship for kid when I get the ILR. Or luckily if I receive ILR is any thing else I have to do. Please share your suggestions then that will be great.
Thanks
Kaz

Your spouse needs to apply for FLR(M) before current leave expires, asking for a decision after yours. Children don't need leave if born in the UK, just register as British once your ILR is granted.

Hi Amber,
Thanks for your responses, regarding children born in UK is that mean I don't even have to apply for naturalisation??? I can directly register them as British coz they were born in UK??
