Hi there

I have a PEO appointment at the end of the month, but I may lose my job before then. My earnings from the last 12 months give me enough points, so will I be OK?

Yes . You will be fine . Also, always mention your VISA category while putting your queries . My answer is based on Tier 1 category(Since you have mentioned your 12 months earnings).
