Hi,

I have completed 5 years and applying for ILR in first week of March.

In last 5 years i was away for 167 days and in one instance out for 89 days due to medical reasons.

I been told to have Medical Records if asked by Case worker. Can someone help me with list of Medical docs i need to have with me?

Appreciate quick response as i got only few weeks and need to sort out docs if i'm missing any.

Regards
J

Generally , you don't need proofs as your absences are well under allowed limit. For peace of mind you can get letter from doctor/hospital where you were diagnosed regarding your medical condition at that point of time .

Thanks DK.

I got Medical Certificates hand written ones from my doctor from my country. But it is not clear as doctors in our country are known for it. Is it required to get a Computer typed medical certificate to be on safer side?

I'm sure Case worked will not be able to read this medical certificate.

Please advice.

Thanks
J
