Hi guys,

I am planning and booked my LIUK test on 22 march 2014 but I am due to apply for my ILR on 05th jan 2015 ( that's when I qualify),
so I am taking the test like 9 months before my test date.

is that ok.

1. any validity period mentioned in the ukba website
2. any written documents on Home office website about the valid dtes of the test? how many days before we can take the test before the application date?
3. I know the test centre supervior will send the details to home office but how long will the home office save my details on there system as I said I am applying for my ILR PR visa only after 9 months i.e. next year jan 05/2015.

please let me know if anybody knows anything about it

LIUK is valid for life. It never expires.
