how drink drive offence affect the ILR ?

Hi , Everyone , I will start to apply ILR by middle of March 2014 . I am holding my SOLE -REP visa for 5 years now.
I had been attending the court and disqualified driving for 9 month . I think it is criminal conviction .
can any one share some experience with me . my ILR application will be refused automatically or they will consider all the other factors as well ?
