Hi everyone
I got my ILR Six months ago. Very soon I may need to go outside UK for a long time ( maybe for 6 months to 1 yr). Will that have any affect on my ILR status. In my ILR letter it is written that I can stay outside UK for 2 yrs without any explanation. Can anybody help me
please in this issue?

thanks

Thanks for the prompt reply. What about in case of my wife? In this case, assume, I have become naturalized but my wife hasn't rather she just got her ILR at that time and she decided to leave UK for a long period of time (obviously less than 2 yrs). Would that affect in her ILR and subsequently for her naturalisation?

Please consider in case my wife in this scenario.

Thanks again.
