Dear gurus and seniors

I have an appointment in Solihull PEO on 21st Feb. I have 192 days absence in one year among the last 5 years I've been here in UK. I'm providing you the absence list
Absences year wise
Year Days
21 Feb 2014 - 20 Feb 2013 17
21 Feb 2013 - 20 Feb 2012 136
21 Feb 2012 - 20 Feb 2011 89
21 Feb 2011 - 20 Feb 2010 192
21 Feb 2010 - 03 Mar 2009 14

The reason for the absence is, my father-in-law had an heart attack and we went to visit him, as the situation was unknown, requested employer for an off shore project and been employed at offshore, during which I was payed in UK and payed tax and NI. After week he was discharged, After that I went on maternity leave. After delivery my son got a medical problem for which we were going through medical checkups and consultation by a children's specialist, the problem has been dealt here in UK (NHS) as well. I have evidence and documentation for all of these.

My question is does this help in getting my ILR?

Thank you, please reply

best wishes

Only a case worker can tell you if you can get ILR or not, Apply with all the documentary evidence that you have

Hi,

I am in a similar situation.
My appointment is for 28th Feb and I unfortunately am not in a position to give any feedback yet.

I would be really grateful if you can let me know what happens to your application and which PEO you have selected?

Thank you and all the very best.

Btw, if you can let me know what happened in the PEO and the documents you provided, it will be very helpful.

Thanks again
