now i am in uk since 7 years and 5 months. now i am applying for tier 4
the question is when completing ten years.am i eligible for ILR

As long you didn't have any period of overstaying your should fine for 10 years long residence. Get you SAR file to be absolute sure.

You still have almost 3 years to go, I would suggest you concentrate completing remaining years 1st.

When you ask for Subject access request (SAR) file you are asking UKBA to provide all information they hold about you according to data protection act 1998. It contains you whole immigration history in UK. You can learn more from here http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/navig ... onal-data/
