Hi,

Would appreciate any help regarding the following:

I have recently applied for ILR (set(lr) 10 years) and waiting for my decision. I may have to wait for another couple of months. However, my wife Visa (currently on dependent visa) is about to expire. I am not sure under what category do I have to apply for her. I have been told that I have to apply for her as my dependent using FLR (M) and then ILR. Could some please guide me here

Yes it's true .you have to apply for flr(m) and if your wife fall under old rules then can can apply for intend invite after getting flr(m) otherwise she has to wait for 5 years.
