Hello friends,

My Tier1 General visa was granted on 7th April 2009 and going to apply for ILR PEO along with my wife on 11th March 2014.
And my visa is due to expire on 16th March 2014 as I have applied for my extension little bit early.

I have two children,

Elder one born in India on 3rd March 2009
and the younger one in the UK on 10th Dec 2010.

1. Please advice if I need to apply ILR for my UK born baby?
2. Process to get the naturalisation process done for my UK born baby as I do not have sufficient time to expire..

And I believe I need to apply ILR for my Indian born baby but just wanted to confirm from experts that if the above UK born baby rules are also applicable for the Indian born babies as well or not.

Thanks
Murali

1. No.
2. UK-born baby is entitled to apply on MN1 after you are granted ILR.

Thanks for the confirmation about the UK born baby ILR application.
Please confirm about the Indian born baby, do they need to apply ILR before getting elibible for the naturalisation.

ILR is expected for non-UK born child prior to registration.
