Hi my husband is applying for ILR and I am the sponsor.. I have recently had a baby I was receiving SMP from my two employers.

My SMP has now ended (Begining of February) and my contract with my main job has come to an end, I am therefore back with my second job on a casual contract basis. I only work 2 hours a week and some holiday cover work.

On the ILR application what am I supposed to put down????

I was paid SMP for 39 weeks.

My husband is working full-time.

Thank you

I gather this is a SET(M) application under Part 8 (old rules)?

Is your spouse working?

Hi amber my husband is working full time and is paying his tax all correctly.

Now I am working casually and have been on SMP since May 2013- feb 2014. Do I need to be working as well? Also shall I tick that I am currently working?

No you don't, the fact your husband is working will suffice.

Hi Amber, If I don't declare my partime employment (2hours a week) could it flag up any concerns with our application?

It shouldn't but for transparency it should be included.
