ILR Approved - 20th Feb

Hello Al,

Got ILR approved, many thanks to Shiv, Amber for their support. Great forum... fantastic work everyone.

Great experience, smooth process, all done in 2 hours approx.

Docs:

Main applicant:

1) Passports (all), SET (O) application form
2) BRP Card
3) Degree Cert / letter from the university stating degree was taught in English / PBS calculator print out which awards 30 for degree and 10 for English language skill
4) LIUK Pass notification letter
5) 12 months payslip
6) 12 months bank statement
7) Employment Letter
8) 2 photographs
10) PBS calculator print out that claims 10 points for English with option 'already proved my English skills in last application.
You should photocopy each of these documents and provide the copies in addition to the originals. You should also provide passport/s along with photocopies of any pages that contain personal details, visas or immigration stamps (foreign or UK).

Optional but submitted:
HMRC statements last 5 years
cover letter for absences
cover letter for 90 days concession rule (with reference proof)
p60 for last 4 years as latest fifth year p60 hasn't arrived yet.

Dependent (partner):

1) child Birth certificate
2) LIUK pass notification letter
3) Co-hab documents
4) Marriage certificate
5) English Lang certificate
6) 2 photographs

optional doc to carry:

NI tax statements

I did attach savings account statement to show a bit of balance for support however there's no such requirement of maintenance for ILR.
