Hello,

I am due for ILR next year, but have this question can someone please help me.

First Tier 1 was valid from Feb 15, 2010 till Feb 15, 2013
Came in only on Mar 21 2010(34 days later)
Tier 1 Extension valid from Feb 15th 2013 to Feb 15 2015

I haven't been out of Country for more than 8 weeks in the last 5 years. I just want to know if I have to apply for an other extension as I won't be completing 4 years 11 months or if I can apply for ILR when can I do that.

As you have travelled within 90 day of EC date you can count your qualifying period from feb 15.
You don't need an extension you can apply up to 28 days before 15th feb 2015 i.e. from your fifth anniversary.
