FORM SET (F) FOR MY TWO DAUGHTERS

HELP! HELP!
I have just obtained my ILR but my wife hasn't. However, my two daughter last leave to remain as a dependent of a PBS was before the 9th of July 2012. Now, can i use form SET(F) for apply for ILR for them?
