Did your employer sponsored your ILR?

I am on Tier 2 (G) and soon to be eligble for ILR.
Was wondering if any of you had successfully arranged your employer to sponsor your ILR fee?
Any tips to share?

It is quite difficult unless you have extremly good relationship with employer and also you give a fairly long time commitment to stay.
