Do I have to do my Biometrics again?

I had my biometrics done about a month ago. My application for FLR was refused because they would not accept my A1 IELTS, so I took another test and have a B1 pass, now I am applying for SET(M). I am filling in the application form and it asks for BRP Reference number. Does this mean I can use the reference number from the biometrics I did before?
