need to ask question regarding my wife indefinite

hi
my wife got visa in india from 08/06/2012 to 08/09/2014 and she landed on heathrow on 15/06/2012 the visa she came on was a spouse visa and i had ILR on that time now i got british passport just wanted to ask can she apply for ILR on the 16/06/2014 if yes what documents she needs and form and can she apply on desk (PEO)
and what courses she needs to do LIUK and b1 both or only one.
Please guys help me i am very frustrated

She can apply for ILR using SET(M) Form and she can apply in PEO as well. Go through SET(M) for docs etc.
She needs both LIUK and B1.

She can apply 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of her entry date.

If the spouse qualification degree listed in PBS calculator, will then print out will suffice or still meed B1 or equivalent?

---Suffice . OP asked whether you need LIUK or B1 or both . Answer is you need LIUK as well as english language proof.
