Hi

I was hoping to have my bank statement matched with my pay slip as the pay in date was the last working date of every month i.e 28-02-14 but worried to see my bank statement (Which I received today) that my bank statement is from 31-01-2014 to 27-02-2014. Which means it is not including 28-02-14 and so the salary coming into on 28-02-14 wont match with the bank statement.

Please advice what should i do as I know home office dont accept print outs (is that right?) and if i ask bank to send me bank statement today it wont reach me by my appointment date which is 17-03-2014.

or is there any other medium of 1 day transaction they would accept???

Please advice

Thanks

Hi,

if you request your bank to send you the statement again, you should receive it by 17th March. the bank statements usually take 3-5 days to get delivered. However, if you feel you cannot take that chance, you can go to any branch (with your identification documents e.g. passport, driving license, the one you used for opening the account so probably better to take passports) and request them to print your desired statement on the bank letter head. The branches usually ask for a fee per paper in this case (I think it was about £1 per sheet when I last checked) but at least spending a few quid will make you satisfied that you will get the required statement right there and then.

Regards

I went to Barclay and asked for the 28th day of February (as my statement was upto 27th) on letter head , they gave me simple page print out but they stamped it. Will this be accepted by Home office???

Hello Kais,

Also best to mention this on cover letter ..
We had same issue our statements date were missed in couple of previous statements. Our bank gave us a letter stating the missed dates.. and we mentioned it on a cover letter to HO too ... ILR has been granted without any issue..

Barclays didnt give me any letter confirming that this statement is true also they didnt print out the missing day on their letterhead.
They only gave me the transactions printed on PLAIN paper BUT stamped it. Will this be sufficient ??????

You should be fine as long as that is stamped, signed and dated. Not to worry.
