Dear Experts,

Can some one help on my ILR.
Today i applied My ILR SET(O) Application via Premium service.
Completed Bio metrics, After 1 hour Case worker called my name ,I went inside the room and the discussion follows

Case worker: I am dealing your case today. I checked all the documents,
and Impressed with your Documentation.and happy with your application,
Your application is valid, I am fine with this, But cant take decision now , as you have exceeded continuous period.
But that shouldn't be a problem, as you have provided medical certificates and also currently you are working as a
Permanent Employee, So I think you will be OK, I sent mail to Senior Case worker,Once i get reply
I will call you today evening or by tomorrow.

Then She gave me a Letter stating Application is valid, Further inquiries required.....
and returned all my original documents and she said taken photo copies of all, Keeping your passport and BRP card, Once you get call please come and collect else we will send to your address.


Me: Thanks for your kind response, I will be waiting for your call, Again asked, can i expect call by today..

She said Hopefully by today or tomorrow, depends on how Senior case worker queue is, i sent mail.. waiting for his reply.

But today i didn't get any call.. i see people with similar case(Application valid, further inquiries required) waiting from months...
But I have small hope that case worker told by today or tomorrow she will call me..

Experts can some one advice on my case please.

All you can do is wait or if you live near the PEO, go there and you might be able to get update on your case

I think she just needs to double check your case with a senior caseworker - and confirm if everything is ok.
She said to you everything is ok, so should just be matter of watiing for a few days and you will get the decision you require.

@AA1: Yes, she said every thing is alright with my Application except Absence period, So she sent mail to Senior case worker, given back all my documents except passport and BRP card..


UKBALoveStory:I am lviving near PEO office, But can i go directly and ask them.. i see UKBa site we should not contact any PEO on application status.

Just now I got call and my ILR Granted.

Here is my case

1) 6th Mar 2014 - Attended in person for ILR Set (O) applciation form.
2) 09:45 : Completed Security check.
2)10:00 - Document Validations done.
2) 11:00 - Bio metrics Done.
3) 11:50 Case worker called me , Every thing fine except my excess of Continuous period, So she forwarded my case to Senior case worked, and informaed me by today or tomorrow i will get call.
4) Today(7th Mar 2014) Got Call from Case worked and stated my ILR is granted, So Happied.

How many days absence you had?

At a strecth 200 days , because of medical reason, i submitted medical certificates, reports, Adn Employer letter stating the reason why i left UK.
