Applicant and 1 dependant - me director of my own limited company
Combo - Tier 1(June 2010) + Tier 2 ICT(March 2009)
Funniest thing is I did not get an email sent by UKBA that my appointment is for today - I did not even bother checking it with UKBA before coming for appointment - luckily I had my payment sheet - UKBA staff were really helpful - They allowed me to enter even with out booking reference (verified my payment sheet) - at reception they checked that I really booked the slot and then gave me a token.
Documents
Life in UK Pass test certificate for both of us
Knowledge of Language - Both of us submitted Degree taught in English qualification equivalent
Previous earnings Proof - Payslips+Dividends vouchers+CA letter +Business Account Statements
Qualification - Previous scored points on this with my Btech degree - 30
Age - Previous scored 20 when i did my first Tier 1
Cohabitation docs - Council tax joint account covering last 2years +other letters like NHS letters +Tenancy agreement and tenancy cover including both our names
Case worker called me and asked that I did not submit my contract agreement which is supposed to be submitted as proof that I really work - He then allowed me to call my thirdparty vendor who recruited me to work for a client - I called them and asked them to forward all my agreements with the vendor and client - They have sent them by email which was eventually accepted by the Case worker team.
In half an hour the told me that application has been acceopted and returned all my original documents - so contractors would recommend you to take contract agreements and invoices.
Any queries let me know..
Good luck all of you..
