Dear All,
We have a question regarding ILR application and Income Tax.
My husband has been self employed since 2008. If we apply for ILR, will he get into trouble for any income tax he has not yet claimed?
Please let us know.
Thank you so much for your support!

If so, he is likely to be in trouble. What do they say? Keep the books clean...

My husband has not yet filed his tax for the past couple of years. It's a bit of a mess! Hope this is more clear for a response.
Thank you.

unfortunately, he is likely to run into problem it seems. Get an accountant who can advise.

Better your husband submit previous years tax return before applying for ILR. There will be interest charge on whatever outstanding tax liability is. Plus £100 penalty for late returns as well.
