ILR enquiries for Tier 2 general visa holder

hello,
I am Tier 2 general visa holder since june 5, 2010. My Job is a Senior Carer. I just want to ask If I am qualified to apply for ILR in my fifth year as tier 2 general visa holder next year june 5, 2015?

Tier 2 general VISA holder are eligible for ILR . You need to check you meet all other criteria that is in place around that time.

thank you.in my understanding correct me if I'm wrong these are the requirements:
1. 5 years of stay in UK ( legally)
2. English test (intermediate)
3. Life in UK
4. Annual salary ( in my case as a rate based on Senior carer)
