It looks from the calendar on the UKBA website as though you can select dates to mid-June but there aren't any appointments available from mid-May to mid-June. Is this because they have all been filled? Or because none have been released yet?

From previous posts the appointments were available around 6 weeks before but with the changes to the premium appointment booking service, I'm not sure whether this is still correct.

Yes, Booking date = intended PEO date - 42 days.

Definitely slots are not full for your June requirement, instead they haven't released it yet.

Though you can see that calender is wide open for next three months, its of no use really.

EX: On 10 March, you can see slot released for the date upto 21 April. You can verify it yourself.
