Name discrepancy

I have a question regarding a minor name discrepancy in my pay slip.Before joining my current job, I worked for a month in another company and as soon as I got this offer I left that place.In the pay slips from that company they have used the initial from my middle name instead of my surname.The NI number is correct and I also have a letter from that employer confirming my employment with them for that 1 month.Should I include the payslips of leave it out.Excluding these from last 12 months does not affect my points adversely.Any advice please.

If excluding it does not effect your points adversely, it maybe wise to leave it out. Always keep it simple and make the Case Workers life easy.

Thank you for that advice.Also, does it matter if you have a month's gap between two jobs?

As long as you meet the points requirement this will not be a hurdle.
