Hi,

I came to UK by 09-May-2009 and I am going to apply ILR by end of Apr-2014.

I dont have my address prrof for the first 2 years, I have lost some where.

Do I need to submit the address proof for all the 5 years starting from 09-My-2009 to Till date?

Please help me to understand.

There is no such requirement to show address proof for last five years.

Thanks for the information. So I can show only the present address proof. And last 5 years, I can just give the details in the application form?

Have you seen set(o) form at all ? As far as i remember you only need to enter your present address and correspondence address if it is different from your address.
