Hi All,

I am glad to share my experience at Liverpool PEO for my ILR application for myself and my wife.

So just to keep simple, I won’t be writing the details from security checks as there are many posts about this, applied as salaried employee and reached PEO at 9:30 for 10:00 appointment everything moved so quickly and my decision was out by 11:30 that is exactly 1 hour after giving Bio-metrics, nice and friendly staff.

Also wants to bring to everyone’s kind attention that I followed the UKVI’s new assessment check and provided all the documents supporting that....the link is https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk

Documents submitted and 1 set of photocopies

o A completed SET (O) application form.
o Payment Sheet - I’ve paid full fee of £2589.00 for myself and 1 dependent.
o 1 Current and 1 previous passport of myself and 1 current passport of dependent.
o 2 Biometric residence permits of myself and dependent.
o 2x Recent photographs of myself and dependent with full names written on the back.

KNOWLEDGE OF LANGUAGE AND LIFE IN THE UK:

Listening) from City and Guilds awarding body

CONTINUOUS RESIDENCE:

o Current and previous passport

o Letter from employer confirming the absences where in line with UK statutory leave
o Personal Absence cover letter with dates and reasons

Previous Earnings
o Last 12 months pay slips
o Letter from employer giving salary summary of payments made for last 12 months
o 12 Months Personal Bank Statement –Original
Please note where the latest statement not available last few pages has been printed by
Bank and stamped to confirm as original

Cohabitation ( think they did not even opened this folder cause other folders are opened and not kept in in the order I submitted)

2. Combined letter from GP
3. Tenancy agreements
4. Joint bank letter confirming names and addresses from Lloyds Bank.
5. Electric and gas statements
6. Hospital discharged summary and letters

How did you print the recognition letters for city and guilds?

Did you just print the website page from Ofqual website or did you get any other recognition letter?

Hiya Mate,

Did they pay any attention to your personal absence??

I am asking as I was out of UK for around 2.5 months when I was out of job. So there is no compelling reason for my absence :(

Thanks

Hi,
congratulations.
Can you please tell which Bank did you get your latest statement attested?

Congratulations.
I have a question please. After the ILR was granted, was your BRP issued immediately or was it sent by post?
If sent by post, how long did you have to wait before receiving the BRP?

I've got business travels scheduled just after my PEO date and I'm wondering if I'll get the BRP in time.

thanks.

Hi

I think they are not keen to see evidence or further checks for absences less than 180 per calendar year cause I've provided two proofsone from my employer and one personal cover letter with break down and reasons but they have returned all orginals and photocopies which shows that they have not recorded anything as my absences are not more than stipulated 180 days.

However, I strongly advice you to provide some reasons inline with your stay before hand which will keep the ball in their court otherwise if they ask you then they are famous for digging deep which can only delay the process.
