Hi,

If someone came to UK with his before Feb 2009 on Tier 1 General and now got ILR at PEO without depandants, Which application form he is going to use to apply for ILR for his depandants.

Is he going to use Set(M), as now he is a person present and settled in UK.

If it is Set(O), how he is going to fill on the main page and etc.

Do he need to fill one form for each depandant OR every depandant will go on one form?

What evidence is needed to be included on the form other than proof of cohabitation.

I have seen the form and couldn't find the details to be filled for the settled Tier 1G main applicant(father).

I am confused. Please help me.

The depandants are in UK for the whole time. They arrive with main applicant in 2009. The complete family got visa extension at the same time and at the time of ILR the main applicant went alone to PEO an got ILR and now have no clue what to do what application form to use. Set(M) or Set(O). If set(M) then its is easy to fill all the details. If set(O), then does every applicant will fill the separate form or all applicant will go on one form.
The only problem is I have not seen any details of main applicant(who got ILR now) to be filled.

I am confuse to my toes...pls help me
