Tier1G stamp date on passport from India: 6th Feb 2010
Entered in UK: 2nd Mar 2010
After 2 extensions on Tier1G, current expiry date of Tier1G is in Oct 2016

When is the earliest that I can apply for ILR?
a) 6th Feb 2015 - 28 days
or
b) 2nd Mar 2015 - 28 days

A link on forum says that if I have visa to complete full 5 years until 2nd Mar 2015, then I can only apply 28 before entry date in UK. Is that really true?

Until now it is still 28 days before EC (if came under 90 days).
so , 6th Feb 2015 - 28 days

I got my Tier 1 dependant on 7th April 2012 and entered UK on 11 April 2012.
UKBA told me that i cannot apply 7th April 2014 - 28 days but 11 April 2014 - 28 days.

So i guess its same for you, 2nd Mar 2015 - 28 days. Hope this helps.

bhm, I asked for ILR after 5 years, not Tier1 extension. Thanks though
