URGENT:B1 cert not arrived yet..ILR appointment on 31 March

Hi guys
I'm in a difficult situation. I've got my appointment on 31 March 2014 for Tier 1 general . My wife's B1 certificate has not arrived yet. Trinity College London says that the certificate will be delivered on 2 April 2014. My documents along with two kids are ready. I've been trying hard to reschedule my appointment before 6/4/2014, but no slots are available.
Q 1: Shall I attend appointment without my wife's original certificate and explain to the case worker?
Q 2: Shall I go for my ILR with two kids on 31 March, and the wife can do it later. But the fee is chnaging after 6/4/2014?
Q 3: Will she get an ILR or the case worker will either hold her application for one or two days or give her an extension instead of ILR.
Please give me some good advice.
Regards

Hi
Be positive, and you will get the letter soon. If not, you can apply for all four then inform the case worker that the letter is delayed and you will produce as soon as you get it. I think they will give you fourteen days time.
I too have the same day (Marc 31st) appointment.
Good luck

Thanks for your swift response, mate! Good luck with your ILR application on 31st.
Does it mean that decision on the ILR application of all attendees will not be made on the appointment day? Or the case worker will make a decision on the main applicant and kids' applications.
Anyone who has been in this situation before where the case worker gave 14 days for submitting the B1 certificate.
Looking forward to hearing from you folks.
Cheers

I think your wife's application will be refused without the certificate. Try getting an appointment on later date.
Good Luck.

Yes, the case workeer will ask for additional documents, then you can produce. As smartkhan says try for another appointment before april 6-14 if NOT go ahead and apply on March 31st. I have my appointment with family of four at 8:30 Croydon PEO
Good luck

You have much more money to loose if your wife's application is refused, than postponing and applying when her certificate is available. Mind you English language is a core requirement of ilr.
Still your choice if you choose to take a chance.

Hi guys
Thanks for your advice. Two more questions:
You're right in saying that the English language qualification is a key requirement for the success of an ILR application. However, she was given a Trinity's letter stating that she has passed the B1 test.
Q 1: Will the provisional pass result letter by Trinity be OK for the case worker not to refuse her application?
I have paid for 4 people when I booked PEO appointment. Now I have two options: either to reschedule or cancel, but if I along with two kids attend the appointment.
Q 2: Will the PEO refund the spouse's fee?
I'd really appreciate your help.
Regards
