BRP following ILR at PEO

Hello All,
How long do you have to wait for BRP in the post following ILR approval at PEO?
Also, do you have to handover your previous BRP following ILR approval?
I've got business travel scheduled for just after my PEO application and I am trying to figure out the best course of action.

I got ILR in peo on 3 feb got brp on 5 feb .yes they will take the old one and issue you new brp.
