ILR Success 02/04/2014 Tier1 + Dependant - Croydon

Hello Everyone,

Very glad to report success in ILR this morning. Appointment was 9:30 and we were out of the building by 10:45 so very efficient and whole thing took about 1hr 15.

Documents attached.
Current Passports
Cancelled Passports
Biometric Residence Permit
Life in the UK Pass Certificate
IELTS Certificate (Dependant)
Pay Slips for last 12 months
Bank Statement for last 12 months
Absence Letter (Business Related)
Absence Letters (Annual Leave)
P60s

And about 20 or so Cohab document (Mostly rental lease, council tax letter, phone and water bills, DVLA letters from last 2 years)

Photocopies of all of the above including all marked pages from the passport.

Total absence about 250 days out of which about 100 was business related.

Provided by employer, Nothing much in it just a list of all annual leaves I have taken.

Hi, many congrats on your ILR , could you please
Guide us that some body told us that for ILR
Husband and wife have to fill single SET (O) form,
Is this correct as we have an appoinent next week. Tkxx

Yep, that's correct. One form is all you need.

Not that I know of. I didn't submit anything for my spouse other than IELTS certificate and Life in the UK Pass certificate
