I got Tier2 (General) visa on 28th July 2009, I entered the country on 3rd of August, so as far as I understand :

1) Can I apply on 1st of July 2014 is that correct ?
2) As I am applying is 1st week of July, can I show my income from April 2013 - March 2014 that will be 12 months ? so as per the rule it has to be 12 months consecutive of 15 months ? so do I need to show my income till April 2014 or March 2014 ? I need to show 12 months as this is how my income is above what I need.

So question is how far back can I go ? if I need to apply in July 2014 ? can I show April 2013 - March 2014

1. You can apply 28 days before you complete 5 years.

2. Till Mar-14 is good enough

Thanks for the reply, So I am applying in July 2014, a number of people told me I can go as far as May 2013 ? to prove my income and some saying I can go as far as April 2013 .. Can you please confirm as its very crucial for my application...
