Hi,

I applied for tier 1 2nd extension in Jan 14 and it is approved for 3 years. I had shown dividend income for work been carried out from Feb 13 to July 13. However client had paid it in Sept 13 and dividend been credited into my personal account in the same month.

I look forward to apply for ILR in Aug 14. I can show 12 months income not exceeding 15 months from date of application. Hence, can I eligible to show above income again? Also, I have accountant letter, P&L statement, balance sheet issued at the end of Dec 13, which I had submitted for 2nd extension. Can I also used it for ILR application?

Thanks in advance.
