indefinite leave to remain 2 years route entryclearnce

Hello I am form algeria , I came to england in the 9th March 2012 to settle with my British wife, they give me two years entry clearance , now I have completed my two years and It is the time to ask for the settlement visa
can anyone to give me advise on which application form I need for my settlement visa and I don't know if I have to do english test and biometric residence permit.

You need to apply for ILR on form SET(M), link below

You will also need to do the Life in the UK test and the English Language level B1 test.

You don't need to apply for biometric residence permit before you apply as your biometrics will be done at the time of application if you apply in person at a PEO or if you apply by post, they will write to you to submit your biometrics at the Post Office, which charges a small fee.
