Can anyone confirm who went today at a PEO if the new fee rise was taken in addition to already paid full fees for appointment booked before 6th April ?

Me. Have booked ten days ago for ilr, paid old fee, today they didn't say anything. I saw the intake sheet it had online payment circled and next to it he wrote 1426, no one tried to charge me more or said anything about it. It was Sheffield. They are undergoing refurbishment though, they process premium cases there out of asylum reporting office, perhaps there is no payment facility there.

@sagareva - Did you submit the old version of the application form or the latest?

I called UKBA this morning and confirmed. If you booked an appointment before the fee rise you'll not pay remaining balance on the day of appointment.

Great news that those who booked before 6th April can avail luxury of old fee structure, Also can someone confirm if we can use old form to justify old fee… or we need to fill new form only after 6 April ?

I booked PEO appointment 12th Feb and paid the fees online for 1426 GBP
My appointment was today at the PEO (9th April)

I wasn't asked to pay any extra
I also used the SET(O) form from Dec 2014 and not the new one from Apr 2014

The section 34I of the immigration guidelines allows for old forms to be used for up to 21days from when a new form is issued
