Validity of my dpenedent visa when main gets ILR

any senior member can you please clarify this for me please!!!
I got my ILR last week, didn't apply for my wife as she hasn't completed her
English exams, she and my daughter have valid tier-1 dependent visa
till end July 2014.
is this visa valid or should I switch it to different category (FLR) or
can I apply on SET(o) in July 2014
i am getting mix answers in the web
please help
