UnPaid Leave ?

Hi There,
in regards to Un-Paid leave in the last 5 years when someone is out of country and didn't have a job in UK for a month.
How do we need to show this as a proof for UK Absence because you can't really get letter from employer because i didn't have a job for a month.
Any advise would be really helpfull.

If you are on tier 1 then don't worry. Just mention in the form as holidays..this has been clarified many times in this forum.. You can find similar post in this forum

Thanks, but on those unpaid holidays i was out for country.
what evidence do i need to show for this absence from UK ?

one of the option is in 6.3 section
Letter from applicant detailing reasons for absence due to compelling or compassionate reasons
Can unpaid leave count as compelling or compassionate reasons ? as i just didn't have job for a month.
Any advise on this please...
