ILR success

I have applied for Tier 1 ILR based on 12 months wages on 11.4.2013 and was successful. Thanks to all who share their experiences at PEO.
Some points:
Tier 1 first visa issued on 06.5.2009 in India, date of first entry to UK on 11th July 2009. Therefore eligibility for ILR application based on continuous period is 28 days before the visa issue valid from date ie 06.5.2009 as I entered UK in 3 months.
I had mortgage under help to buy equity scheme which is fine as it is loan and not a use of public funds.
I am not writing other formalities as other members have shared them in detail.

Couple of my friends were in UK around 4 years and 9 months. Both write 5 years and got ILR. Doesn't matter what you write. They'll calculate themselves.
