ILR Documents Tier1 General (2HSMP +3Tier1) Final Check

Hi All,

Thanks everyone for sharing their expereinces its really helpful, i have appointment in may for ILR and like to get some feedback if i am missing anything here are my details


Entry Clearance Granted (HSMP)- 04-June-09
First Entered UK - 08-Aug-09 (after 65 days)
Tier1 (G) Extension Valid till - 04-June-14
Applying ILR on May 12 20014 (24 days before expiry )

Absences throughout
Period From to Total days absent year
Year 1 12-May-14 13-May-13 79
Year 2 12-May-13 13-May-12 39
Year 3 12-May-12 13-May-11 20
Year 4 12-May-11 13-May-10 132
Year 5 12-May-10 8-Aug-09 (first entry )140

Key points
Enter within 90 days so did not counted the period as absence between EC and first entry.
For the first year my earning are oversees with UK employer.

ILR SET (O) – List of Documents Submitted
• Current & Previous Passport & BRP’s
• PEO Appointment E-Mail & Payment Sheet
• Set (O) form
• 2x Recent photographs with full name written on the back of each.
• PBS Self-Assessment Summary
• 12 Months Payslips (1st April 2013 to 31st march 2014)
• 12 Months Corresponding Bank Statements
• last year P60
• Current Employment Letter and Salary Increase letter.
• Absence Personal Letter & Absence sheet detailing all absences.
• Previous & Current Employer Absence Letter.
• Life in the UK test Pass certificate.
• Tier 1 Extension Approval Letter

Don't you prove any ESOL requirement?

Documents list looks fine. Better to keep your old IELTS certificate/degree in hand in case caseworker asks for it.

I already prove my engligh during my initial HSMP with letter from univeristy that degree is taught in enghlish and accepted.
