ILR Success Peo- Croydon TIER 1General

First of all thanks to everyone on this forum. I had my ILR success yesterday

type of application: ILR from 5 year TIER 1 General+ 1 dependant
time of appointment: 8:30
reached there at 8:00 am but were not allowed in until 8:15. went through security and were then directed to 3rd floor.
token given: 8:40 am
case registration: 9:00 am
biometrics: 9:20 am
approval: 10:35 am

the whole process took about 2 hours so overall it was a good experience.

documents submitted:
SET(O)
payment sheet
passports of myself and dependant
BRP
liuk FOR MYSELF AND DEPENDANT
English language documents
payslips for last 12 months
bank statements for last 12 months
cohab documents

You dates? Your first EC, date of entry, current extension expiry etc? Did you apply under 90 days concession rule?

first Tier 1 issued on 18-05-2009., extension expiry date 12-07-2014 so applied 28 days before completion of 5 years no 90 days as i switched in country from PSW to teir 1.

Driving licence, bank statements of dependent, marriage certificate, tenancy agreement

Hi,

What dates first enter in the UK have you mentioned in the form to claim your 5 years? The date when you first came as student or when you get get your Tier 1 in country?

first Tier 1 issued on 18-05-2009., extension expiry date 12-07-2014 so applied 28 days before completion of 5 years no 90 days as i switched in country from PSW to teir 1.

Could you please tell me what evidence you submitted for absences? Did you get a employer letter?
