hello friends,

my wife came to uk in 2007 while i came on the 30th of May, 2004. Our visa will expire on the same day which is 5th of May, 2014. If i do apply base of the 28 days law, which i plan to send my document to HO on the 4th of May, 2014 before it expires. How will i then apply for my wife because her visa will expire on the 5th of May, 2014.

please advice me.

1. My wife came to Uk 2009. March. What kind of financial requirement that she needs to provide Inorder to get Flr m.

Please i want to know what catergory i fall into in terms of Financial Requirement .i.e Net Income Threshold or Adequate Maintenance? My wife is on the FLR(M) and i am on the ILR on 10 years bases. Please respond

My spouse have not apply for the FLR(M) but she came into the country in 2006.

I also wanted to know if me and my spouse can apply on the same day since our visa expires on the same day and i have 26 days short to my 10 years ILR. While i apply for my ILR can she also apply as my dependent using the FLR(M) with me?
