ILR for Dependant

Hello,
Can Some one please advise me on my situation.
I am currently on ILR and eligible for British Passport, but my wife is on ILR dependent visa and is due for ILR in March 2015. We were blessed with a baby boy in April 2014 and my wife wants to go to India along with my new born baby. My query is
1) How long can she stay in India?
2) How long does it take for my baby to get British Passport and OCI card?
3) What documents are required for the process?
