Arrived 45 days after visa start date, can i apply for ILR

Hi,
I am on tier 1 general visa and my visa starts from 05 Dec 2010 and i have arrived in UK after 45 day of visa start date which is 21 Jan 2011. I have already extended my visa and its valid till 04-Dec-2015.
Now my Question is
1) From which date my stay counts is it form VIsa start date or from my arrival date.?
2) Can i go for ILR Directly without another extension.?
3) If I need another extension, Can i go for extension in April 2015. which is 8 months before my visa expiry.?

1) Your stay counts from 5th Dec 2010
2) Yes you can apply ILR without another extension.

You may apply from 28 days before 5th Dec 2015, B1 English and LIUK required.

I think it will start when you arrive in the UK, not when it started.

Legal stay (residence) count. How come one who got visa e.g in Jan and enter in UK in June, can count from Jan? It discussed in the forum few time, not my own understanding.
Anyway if this is the case, then many will be happy.

Sorry guys, just read a thread saying 90 days rule apply in those cases.
