Dear All,

I am trying to book a PEO appointment online for ILR. We (including 2 dependants) are on Tier 1 (G) visa and require just 1 SET(O) form. Now, when I select SET(O) form option while booking PEO appointment on the first screen, I come to the 2nd screen with the following question:

Which category of leave are you applying for?*
Options available (select one):
Tier 1 (General)
Tier 2
Other Main applicant
Dependant

My question: None of these options are correct in my case as I need to apply for ILR! I can also not go for "Other Main applicant" as I have two dependants as well.

Appreciate if you can sort this mystery for me. The question should be Which category of leave are you applying from?*

Which option did you choose finally?
I have chosen "Tier 1 General" (as I am applying for ILR under Teir 1 G 5 year route) and I have appointment booked next month.

Is my option correct?

You need to select Tier1 General...
This is what the help text says:

You cannot book an appointment on i-Apply if you apply as a:

Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant;
Tier 1 (Investor) Migrant;
Businessperson;
Investor, or
Innovator,
If you book an appointment then try to apply for one of these categories, you will be turned away from the appointment.

Hi I am applying for ILR. I have paid the amount of Tier 1 main applicant plus dependant with the total of 2986. The issue here is my wife is not on my SET O application. She has to wait 5 years and applying as Tier 1 dependant. I think i have paid wrong amount now.
Please advise me what to do?

Kindly help. Will appreciate a quick advise.
I am on tier 1 (general) and applying for my ILR this 6th oct along with 1 dependent (wife)
I am been advised that the i selected a wrong category from the online appointment portal.
I am not sure if this is the case as i am getting mixed opinions and worried since i only have 5 days left for my appointment.
To cut the whole story short: under the Set (O) appointment i had selected ‘other main applicant’ instead of ‘Tier 1’. The total fees that i paid for me and dependent is £2984.00.
Please advise if its still ok for me to walk in for the appointment or do i have to cancel and rebook the appointment again in the correct category i.e. ‘tier 1’.
