Hi everyone,
Would be very gratefull if some one can advice.
I am a tier 2 general migrant(senior care worker) and will be completing my five years on 23/05/14.
I will apply for IlR at the end of this month for the same day service.
My question is: My salary is higher than the required amonut will that be a problem.
In my last extension in July 2012 my salary was £24435 and now my salary is £30576 for the same job and same employer.
Please tell me if that's a problem for my ILR.

Hi everyone,

One more question to ask. Have anybody from Mauritius claiming child benefit succeeded with ILR application?.
