This might have already been answer so like to apologize in advance
I have appointment next week and lately confused about Engligh Langugae requirement regarding ILR, i have prepared followig evidence for KOLL,

1) Like in the UK test
2) PBS 30 points claimed as Bachelor degree is there in the PBS calculator.
3)Original Degree.
4) Original letter from university mentioning degree taught in english.(provided during Initial HSMP/Tier1).
5) Tier 1 Extenion copy with points claimed for english.

My degree is awarded 0 points for English on PBS calculator and i dont have UKNARIC certificate of comparibility, do i need UKNARIC certificate of comparibility ? or need to take any englisgh test

Hi,

If you have satisfied the language requirement at Tier 1 entry level stage, then you don't need to worry about that at ILR stage. Just take that proof of ( IELTS) results even if expired would not create an issue.

No i did not took IELTS or any english language during initial stage, and use Univeristy letter as english medium instruction for my degree , thats why i am bit worried.

If your degree appearing in PBS calculator with 30 points use that as proof + University English letter + Degree Original,

I am applying for my ILR next week and have urgent query on English requirement for ILR.
I have been Awarded 30 points for the degree on PBS calculator, however I am awarded 0 points for English on the PBS calculator
I have collected following evidence for English language and life in UK.

1) PBS calculator showing 30 points for Degree qualification.
2) Original Degree
3) Original Letter from University confirming medium of study as English.
4) Tier1/HSMP Approval letter Already proven English during initial HSMP application and was awarded 10 points.
5) Life in UK test

So my question is the above evidence enough to meet English requirement ? or do I need to get UKNARIC Statement of Comparability.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The below evidence would all be acceptable for demonstrating the KOLL requirement. A PBS print showing that a qualification is awarded 30 points, is evidence that UK NARIC have confirmed that is comparable to a UK degree.
