Hi All,
I am currently under Tier-2 Intra Company Transfer Visa and planning to apply for Indefinitely leave to remain visa.
I am not clear for English Language Test Requirement because of one below point
• a printout from the points-based calculator with the equivalent level of your degree and the level of English
When I am going to point based calculator and select Tier2 it does not provide option to select points for qualification and where as if you select Tier1 you can see points for your qualification and also for English
Can someone advise if anyone is clear about this and how they have worked on the requirement of English Language Test
Thanks

I have just got a reply from Home office that as a Tier 2 ICT migrant,we would need to select Tier 1 General for showing the points using PBS.As long as your degree is awarded 20 points or more and 10 points foe English, you should be able to meet the KOLL requirement as a Tier 2 ICT applicant.
Hope this helps.

They have sent a Qualification fact sheet v4.0 pdf and asked to check points Q5-Q7 which I had posted on the previous reply.

Subject: Query regarding KOL for ILR

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked an appointment with Home office next week for ILR and would like to know if I meet the English language requirements.

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT and has been awarded 10 points for English language skills in all my previous extensions.

My degree is listed on PBS calculator and 10 points has been awarded for English skills. So i have my
1)Original degree certificate
2)Print out from PBS (10 points) for english skills.

Are the above documents sufficient to prove my English skills or do I have to get a letter from NARIC?

Please let me know.

Regards,
N.
