Dear Members,

I am confused with the date on which i will be eligible to apply for ILR.

My first Grant of Tier 1 ( general ) = 24 July 2009

Tier 1 Extension = 28 June 2012 valid until 28 june 2014 ( went within 28 days and in person for extension , hence my Tier 1 visa is expiring on 28th June 2014)

My Five Years Completing on = 24 July 2014

Now if i use the date Calculator as advised on this form, i am getting 26th June when i am eligible to apply for ILR. However, when i count backwards including 24th July 2014, 28th day falls on 27th june 2014.

Would really appreciate if anyone can confirm how UKBA calculates the 28 day period and on which date should i go for my ILR.

Dear Senior Members,

I understand this question has been repeatedly asked, however, in my case 27th June is Friday and my visa is expiring next day which is a Saturday, i don't have leeway of few days.

Would really appreciate if any senior members can confirm on what date i can apply for my ILR.
