I am on tier 1. General PBS visa and eligible to apply for ILR by Dec 2015 and my wife came here in the UK as a dependent on 31/9/2012 .so got some following question -
1) I would like to know will she be able to apply for ILR with me as she will be completing 3 yrs in the uk by dec 2015 or not ?? or she has to complete 5 years and then apply for ILR ? As some rules changed after 9/7/2012 regarding dependent visa ?
2) if she can't apply for ILR then can she just extend under tier 1 gen dependent visa category?
3) how much funds I have to show in account for me and my wife when I will apply for ILR ?
4) what are the documents required for ILR ? And for dependent visa ?
5) fees for both ?
6) how about main applicant tax history for ILR ?? Does it matters ??

21/08/2012 she got tier1 general dependent visa (first time)

5 years as a PBS dep are required. No maintenance required for ILR however, for your spouse's PBS dep extension there will be as per the guidance (click).

Thank you for your guidance and help. Much appreciated. Just last question for you again -
Since my wife as a tier1 general dependent , as per your last reply needs to spend 5 years on the same category , but according to new rule no one will be able to apply for extension of tier 1 general category after 15/4/2016 onwards and eventually no one will get ILR after April 2018 ? But her extension is due with my ILR in dec 2015 . Would this be apply for my wife as we'll or she will get extension as tier1 general dependent as I ll be applying for my ILR along with her extension in dec 2015 ?? and she will get ILR in 2019 without any problems ? Just wondering I don't need to show any funds in my account for ILR but just for my wife ?? Hope I m correct !
Just need clarification if possible please.

She'll be applying for a PBS dep extension not PBS applicant extension!

As I was checking application requirements under PBS calculator which I have to fill in for ILR and when I was checking there is no ILR category on PBS tier 1 general application so should I tick to switch visa category option but it wasn't letting me go further when selected this category then should I just select tier1 general extension category but it's closed after 15/4/2015 ? So bit confused on this too .
How should check my requirements for ILR under PBS calculator or category ??

As I am on tier1 gen visa so when I ll be applying for ILR what would be the qualification criteria . In short do I need again 75 or 85 points requirement in order to qualify for ILR ??

If you're eligible for ILR in 2015 there is no point worrying.
